Tio Juan Restaurant Carnitas opened on January 31, 2005, founded by Juan Gastelum and his family. His daughter handled the accounting and cashier duties, while his wife specialized in making delicious homemade desserts.
Carnitas is Tio Juan Restaurant’s specialty — chunks of meat cooked to be slightly crispy on the outside and juicy, tender, and succulent on the inside, served with homemade tortilla.
